We are Locally Owned and Operated!

Tryon Concierge was founded by Terri Watts after recognizing that many residents and visitors to the area were not able to find or manage the services they needed to support either their business endeavors and/or their personal life. Some services are out there but they are hard to find in a rural area and too far away to make good use of your valuable time. There are only so many hours in a day and with many things in this area spread out around Western North Carolina and Upstate of South Carolina, it can be difficult to allocate enough time to getting things done. This is especially true with many visitors to the area as they are here to work during the competitive season at the Tryon International Equestrian Center. For many visitors, they split their time between here and somewhere else they call home. They are here to work, work hard (and win)! Anything else that needs to be done outside of equestrian life is a distraction; this is why Tryon Concierge was established, to provide exceptional service. We specialize in providing concierge services to those who simply don’t have time to do it all, they need to stay focused on what is most important to them. You do you, we’ll do everything else!

Our Team

Terri Watts

Founder/Owner

Terri is the matriarch of the company. She is the founder of Tryon Concierge and overseas the day-to-day operations of the business. She has also successfully started (and operates) Van in Black, LLC, HD Carolina LLC, as well as a few other companies. She is an avid foodie and wine aficionado and even has the credentials to prove it. Terri has achieved Level 1 certification with the US Court of Master Sommeliers as well as Level 2 certification with the international Wine and Spirit Educational Trust (WSET).

Christine Vincent

Office Manager/Concierge

Christine lives in Tryon and is very active in the community. She is a horse rider herself and understands the horse community and their unique needs. Christine and Terri have worked together for years on various business endeavors and Christine, like Terri, has also achieved Level 2 certification with the international Wine and Spirit Educational Trust (WSET).
